JAMES COLLINS

James was born in Lawton and grew up in Fairfield Township, approximately 20 miles north of Cincinnati, Ohio. James attended the Cincinnati School of Barbering & Hair Design where he obtained his Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board license in 2011. The following years allowed him to travel and work on his craft in Oklahoma, Arizona and Ohio, giving him the experience of working with a wide variety of clientele.
After many years in the industry, James was able to pursue and achieve his goal of opening his own shop, Sebastian Grooming Co., where he now solely focuses on perfecting his craft and creating a stellar atmosphere for clients. James has successfully maintained loyal long-time customers while simultaneously expanding his client base and building a team of talented barbers.
Becoming the owner of his own barbershop provided James the ability to become more involved in the industry by providing mentorship to other barbers in the area and continuing his own development by learning from the Barbering Masters nationwide. Involvement in the community is also a priority to him and the business. Sebastian Grooming Co. periodically donates its time and services to local schools and provides financial donations to local youth sports organizations offering affordable programs and a safe environment to the community.

Justin McKee

Justin started his journey in the barber world back in 2019 after serving in the US Army and joined the SGC family in March of 2021. His undeniable talent has quickly earned Justin loyal clients who also experience great service with every visit.

Bilash Rai

Bilash was born in Nepal and came to the United States at the age of thirteen. He began cutting his own hair in high school and continued on through his college days.

Jon graduated from Hamilton High School in 2017, where he then attended UC and worked in another career field before beginning barbering. His story with Sebastian Grooming Co. started with him being a client of the shop. In May of 2022, he took James’ advice and began barber school at X-Quisite Cutz School of Barbering. Fresh out of school, Jon has experience cutting a wide range of clientele, and aims to provide top notch customer service along with a first class experience.

Stephannie was born in Puerto Rico and brought to the states at a young age making her fluent in both English and Spanish. She graduated in 2019 from Middletown High School and Butler Tech. With both parents being in the cosmetology industry her whole life, she decided to pursue her barbering career. Stephannie dedicated the last four years to perfecting her skills in haircuts and braiding. Her patience and personality make her a great barber for little kids as well. She strives to leave her customers satisfied with her hard work and great customer service.
